Every time I’ve moved in the last few years, except to China, there have been a couple of things that I always tried to find. One is a good, local Chinese restaurant. The other is a delicious Mexican food place. In Provo and Salt Lake it was Rancheritos. I love their bean and cheese burrito. It’s big and tasty and cheap. In south Dallas it was a burrito drive through in Desoto. They have delicious burritos with fresh meat and other great stuffing. Now that I’m in Scottsdale I found Super Burrito on Scottsdale Road. Their burritos are good but I love their guacamole and cheese rolled tacos. Of course my favorite national chain is Chipotle. After two long days at work and another tomorrow, I enjoyed some delicious food from Super Burrito. So, today I am grateful for a good Mexican restaurant.
